Received a fake invoice from MedPulse.app for efax services

Got faxed invoice from MedPulse.app for services we did not order. It was for efax services which we already get through our electronic medical record system. We were asked to submit ACH to Bank of America routing # 111000025 act 488123752446 which looks a lot like a debit card number to me.

Med Pulse sent a fake invoice for a fax routing service

Med Pulse from MedPulse.app sent an invoice for $358.80 to our office to be paid for a "secure Fax Routing Service". Their contact info is 800-464-8315, [email protected] withe a website as Http://www.medpulse.app.

Teh scammers from MedPulse.app said I owed for Medical Faxing Services and asked me to ACH/EFT the money owed. The website and services don't match, and I have never used this service!

Received a fake invoice from Med Pulse for fax services

We received an invoice from Med Pulse (MedPulse.app) on 3/17/2026. We were "billed" for ITEM: Secure Fax Routing Service - Annual Plan; DESCRIPTION: Routing and support coverage for fax number (XXX-XXX-XXXX) & ITEM: Delivery Confirmation Add-On; DESCRIPTION: Automatic delivery receipts for outbound faxes. Looks like a real bill with contact information listed at the bottom.

Received a fake invoice from Med Pulse for services we never used

We received a fax from MedPulse.app stating that we owed $358.80 to Med Pulse. The invoice only contains our mailing address and came to our fax number. We have not had any dealings with Med Pulse. They do not handle our fax number and never have. This is the second fax we have received from them in the last few months. We shredded the first one when we realized it was a scam.

Received a fake invoice from Med Pulse for services we never purchased

We received a fax for an invoice of $358.80 from Med Pulse (MedPulse.app). The "service description" was for "Secure Fax Routing Service-Annual Plan" and "Delivery Confirmation Add-On" neither of which we purchased. We have never done business with this company, and it is definitely not who we use our faxing services through. Because this appeared to be a scam, we didn't phone/email/visit their website - we came straight to BBB.
