We received a fax for an invoice of $358.80 from Med Pulse (MedPulse.app). The "service description" was for "Secure Fax Routing Service-Annual Plan" and "Delivery Confirmation Add-On" neither of which we purchased. We have never done business with this company, and it is definitely not who we use our faxing services through. Because this appeared to be a scam, we didn't phone/email/visit their website - we came straight to BBB.

Unsolicited, unknown bill from MedPulse.app addressed to a wrong address with my correct fax number.

We received an invoice from MedPulse.app for services not done. It also had our address incorrect but the correct fax number.
