Looking around printer troubleshooting on hp's website. A chat session opened which I thought was from hp tech support. The person asked for my phone number so that tech support could call me back. The person called me 3 minutes later to ask to share my computer to run a diagnostic. He ran the diagnostic and told me that my network is infected with a worm and tried to sell me a product called "Network Security Firewall" for $199.99. I got suspicious and hung up. I looked up the number on the web and saw this:
