My Mom, who has Alzheimer's, received a package from National Health Medics containing two knee braces and two knee supports. Turns out, she has received other equipment from the same company before--I just happened to be there the day this package was delivered. I believe she is the victim of Medicare fraud. She often answers the phone and likely provided information she should not have. I am determining if she paid for any of the products, but don't believe she did.

There are multiple phone and contact numbers for this company. The package listed Patrick Cassells, number 281-831-5492. The packing slip listed the phone as 346-504-2243. The company address is National Health Medics, 7100 Regency Square Blvd., Suite 230-05, Houston, TX. 77036. An Internet search of Patrick Cassells found an address of 11104 W. Airport Blvd., Suite #211, Stafford, TX 77477 with a phone of 281-7678.

I am not comfortable calling the company based on the complaints I saw on the website a couple of days ago that are now removed. However, the complaints are the same as mine, family members receiving medical equipment they neither requested or need.
