Person(s) called my 85 year old mother stating that she had won 18 million dollars and a new car from the Publishers Clearing house. They continually berated her until she called me. I in turn talked with this person and they were the same to me. They were stating that she would need to secure a CPA for $599.00 in order to proceed with her winnings and that this was not a SCAM. They were very rude. I believe that if I had not intervened, she would have been a victim...
