I'm still being harassed by Home Warranty Division, and I'm home owner.

- Durham, NC, USA • Oct 21, 2024

Total scam for a home warranty. I asked questions and they put me on hold. The second time I was put on hold they disconnected my call. Game on. I called back with a different phone number and spoke with Landon. I told him he should be ashamed of himself working for a scam and he asked, "what do you mean a scam?" which means he has had that stated to him before. I hung up.

I cannot believe this has not been shut down by our government. Oh wait,. that would mean the current administration is of the people for the people. How silly of me.

Received postal card. No physical address info given. I searched online for the phone number and arrived at your website.

- Knoxville, TN, USA • Oct 09, 2024

Received a post card requesting to call 1-888-413-5452 to avoid losing a home warranty. The card reports registration is required for continued protection. Expiration Date: 10-25-2024. Registration ID: A276CC03485 PIN: 0423 was also given on the card. I searched for this telephone number and got this site. I DID NOT call that number and hand over any information.

- Sulphur, LA, USA • Oct 06, 2024

Received a postcard via regular mail stating that a call was needed to be placed to 8884135452 for uninterrupted protection or lapse in coverage for all available covered components before the expiration date of 10-25-2024. The postcard listed "County Deed Records", my location as "dwelling, the component element carrier as "Mechanical Systems", coverage area as "Inside/Outside", home inspection as "Waived", and usage limit as "Continual". There was also a registration ID number and PIN number listed with the phone number.

I didn't even bother calling because I don't have any property or a home in my name. So, why such crap was sent to me is absolutely baffling.

- Richmond, VA, USA • Sep 30, 2024

Received a postcard in the mail stating "Registration is required for continued protection" listing a registration ID and PIN, as well as details of the "type of location" "component element carrier" "coverage area" "expiration and notice dates" and "usage limit"

No specifics given, no address or email provided, Postage is prepaid from Dallas TX permit no. 2650. Lists nickname, not legal name, in message. This postcard was sent to a nursing home resident.

They left no email address, no return address, no website either. It all looked fishy to me. They even put a fake bar code at the top with 2024 Final Notice. It was mailed to my Mother. This was for her as if she had a Homeowners Warranty. She and I rent the same house. We do not own or have any warranties. There is the name of the supposed "Program Director" at the bottom of the letter, Sarah Schaeffer, at the same phone number I mentioned.

As soon I entered the phone number 1(888)413-5452 in my Google Search, there was a notification saying this business associated with the previous phone mentioned is a part of the Scams Details protected from the Better Business Bureau website www.bbb.org>scamtracker.lookupscam. As quoted from Google Search: June 16, 2024, I personally do not plan to call the previously mentioned phone number 1 (888)413-5452 for uninterrupted protection. Registration is required for continued protection. Expiration Date 7-5-2024. I apologize for the alarm but I believe I am here to inform you there should be some type of form of punishment towards illegitimate letter mail in my mail box or anywhere. No one should write false information or publicized such negative unnecessary information about anyone or anything ever again. I know I speak the truth when i asked of me. I conduct my work life balance honestly. Ask questions to me and I will try to answer the best I can.
