I have no warranty with my home .

I do have insurance for my home

Yes it is a scam. They kept pushing, saying if my electrical under the home needs diged up its going to cost me 20,000 dollars or more to fix. Or if an appliance goes out that's going to cost me 20,000 dollars to fix.

Not hardly. Im not that stupid.

A card claiming to be a "Warranty Replacement notice" covering "Mechanical Systems" arrived in the mail. It says that registration is required for "continued protection." It claims to come from the "Homeowner Protection Division" and gives the phone number 1-888-413-5452. There is no other information to identify the sender.

First class mail postcard from Dallas Texas permit no. 2650

It says Homeowner Protection Division and Re: then lists my home address

Under type of location it says dwelling

Under component element carrier it says Mechanical Systems

Under coverage area it says inside / outside

It gives an expiration date and a notice date

Under home inspection it says waived

Under usage limit it says continual

It lists a registration number and says warranty replacement notice and says to call 1-888-413-5452 for uninterrupted protection

In all caps it says registration is required for continued protection.

On the reverse of the card it gives the same information as listed about and goes on to sayi need to contact them so I won’t have a lapse in coverage for all available components and that if I don’t call before the expiration date expires I will be left with a risk of expensive repairs and/or product replacement

I've just received this letter today, It said, "Response To This Notice Requested: Attention: This notice is to inform you that the home warranty on my property in Crockett, Texas may be expiring or has already expired. And I don't own a house. And this is mail fraud.

Scammer sent a postcard saying that there is a warranty lapse and we could call a number for a warranty replacement before an expiration date so that all repairs and replacement would be covered in updated paperwork

2 sided Post card was mailed to my name/home address with notice date 5-8-2025. One side had heading in Bold that read HOME WARRANTY DIVISION

Other side with Heading in Bold read "COUNTY DEED RECORDS"

Warning stated that a lapse in coverage of "Mechanical Systems" for my "Dwelling" for coverage area "Inside/Outside" would take effect 5-30-2025 if I did not call the phone number. Also stated "REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR CONTINUED PROTECTION"

The scammer tried to get credit card and/or banking information from my mom. Saying that she had to make a payment then and now before she would have to pay a larger sum of $2400 or more for a warranty.

I received a postcard claiming that my Homeowners Warranty expired. They gave me a registration ID & a PIN # to use when I called them. The card claims that registration is required in order to continue my home protection.

Received a post card that didn’t contain any of the following information about who it was from: a company name, a physical or mailling address, an email address, or a web address. The only way to respond or contact them was to call 1-888-413-5452. Postcard stated it's from the Home Warranty Division and County Deed Records. It lists a registration ID and PIN number, and advises to contact them in order to avoid a lapse in coverage. When you call the number they're persistent with trying to get payment information, and wouldn't provide any answers to my question pertaining to a company name, location, or website. After several attempts, I finally just hung up. If you're reading this DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION!! IT'S A SCAM!!!

I received a mail offer saying my home warranty for my house is about to expire. I never had done business with them before. I called the company and the person who responded says that they work for Zurich. He used aggressive sales tactics such as, "this offer is valid only for today only, after that it will be gone".

A card arrives from County Deed Records. There is no return address or website. The card appears very official, fake barcodes etc.

Received a postcard saying "This is your Warranty Replacement" notice advising you to contact our offices so you do not have a lapse in coverage for all available covered components. With active services, all repairs and replacements will be covered that reflect your updated paperwork. Call 1-888-413-5452 now before it's too late and your expiration date expires leaving your home at risk of expensive repairs and/or product replacement." It also says Home Inspection = Waived; Component Element Carrier = Mechanical Systems"; Coverage Area = Inside/Outside; Usage Limit = Continual. It gives a registration ID and pin. And it says the hours of operation for the call center are M-F 6am-7pm CST and Sat 10-4 CST. (I knew it was a scam and didn't call.)
