It had assigned us a Customer ID #; it mentioned expiration date 1/30/2026.; It was labeled "FINAL NOTICE". It included a "cut out" temporary ID card.
It urged us to call 1-888-413-5452. It was "signed" by Vicky Mercer as the Program Director.
It stated operating hours as Mon-Fri. 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sat 10 a.m. -4 p.m. CST.
The letter clearly was aimed at vulnerable people using a "scare tactic" -- probably for the elderly.
We have not used any home warranty insurance companies in 20+ years. Had a bad experience with one and lost interest.
If this is a valid company, they need to be rebuked for their unethical "advertising".

Want him to call so there was not lapse in coverage of home warranty. Which owner does not have. Said expirations date of coverage now is 8-29-25. I will not call them. I am doing this scam report with the Central Ohio BBB.
