Received a First Class Mail Presort from Dallas, TX Permit No. 2650 telling me registration is required for continued protection on Mechanical Systems in my dwelling. Notice Dat 3-27-2025. Back side of the post card says County Deed Records. Registration ID: A089PZ35027 Pin: 0423 Warranty replacement notice. It then gives you the phone number of 1-888-413-5452 for uninterrupted protection.

It states this is your warranty replacement notice advising you to contact their offices so you do not have a lapse in coverage for all available covered components. Etc.

Post card from home warranty division stating that my homes warranty was going to default and any repairs would not be covered that registration was required for continued protection

- Warren, OH, USA • Mar 25, 2025

Physical piece of mail about the size of a postcard that reads “County Deeds Records” on one side and “Home Warranty Division” on the other for titles. It lists an ID and a pin for registration and a phone number to call. It did not come in an envelope and has “First-class mail presorted, US postage paid Dallas TX permit no. 2650” where a postage stamp would normally be.

- Baton Rouge, LA, USA • Mar 25, 2025

Got a post card telling me the warranty for the mechanical systems in our house will be expiring soon and we need to call the number to get it extended.

- Lincolnton, NC, USA • Mar 24, 2025

Post Card received in mail that the property’s previous owner’s home warranty would be expiring in 30 days. Says in bold letter across the top that it is from the ‘County Deed Records Home Warranty Division’. Gives a registration ID and a Pin number.

However, there is no website listed, no company listed, no address or PO Box. Just a phone number 1 (888)-413-5452 asking you to call to renew the home owner’s warranty before it expires.

- Roswell, GA, USA • Mar 20, 2025

Envelope delivered by USPS with no company name or return address, A Registration Fee Voucher for $199.00 was at the top of the letter followed by Final Attempt to our property's home warranty due to expire. Only a phone number to call 1-888-413-5452.

I did not respond to the letter or call them.

- Catoosa, OK, USA • Mar 17, 2025

This letter only had the name of Home Warranty Dept no address, no email, only had this 1-888-413-5452, my name and address, and a Record ID number and on the envelope stamp it says ST. LOUIS, MO and Our house is in both of our names, so I knew it was a scam. It also had a fake check in one of our names and had our address that had 199.00 and said it was not a real check and that I only had so many days to pay it our I was in so kind of trouble, and that it had to be paid by 3/28/2025 it was issued on 3/3/2025. Something needs to be done about this it is harassment and some kind of scam. It need’s reported because people could real be paying these people their money thanking it’s really real. Do I need to get an attorney on this. How did they get my information anyway? Do you need this record ID number also?

- Swansboro, NC, USA • Mar 17, 2025

Received a card asking to contact a telephone number before a warranty expires. No business name was included.

- Greeleyville, SC, USA • Mar 16, 2025

Scammer sent a post card mailer to our name and address. It had "County Deed Records" across the top on one side and "Home Warranty Division" on the other. Both sides had a phone number to call with a registration ID and PIN to use to not have a lapse in Home Warranty.

- Marana, AZ, USA • Mar 15, 2025

Letter claiming property home warranty expiring.

- Pink Hill, NC, USA • Mar 14, 2025

The letter look like a check for 199.00. It said REGISTRATION FEE VOUCHER across the top. And it said Final notice, request immediate response for a home warranty expiring. It has my name and address on the paper but I do not own the home. When I called the number 18884135452, a guy answered and started asking a bunch of questions about different home issues that could occur in any old house. I hung up on them. Then I decided to call once again with a private number and the man had disguised his voice. As soon as I didn't answer his questions, he hung up on me. BEWARE!!! DO NOT RESPOND, JUST REPORT IT

Received a solicitation from this company with the registration ID and a pin number and to call and they told me that my dwelling and mechanical system home warranty division had expired inside and outside. I never had any things with them. They have a phone number to call registration is required to continue the protection. I never had the protection. Letter came in a blank windowed envelop showing only her address; no business info. Letter noted no business name, only "Home Warranty Division". The consumer called the number to get the business name; she was told Forever Homes at 4805 Mexico Rd, St. Charles MO 63376.

Received a notice via US mail. Claims to be from "County Deed Records" (unnamed county and NO name of sender agency, address, email address - just a phone number to call.) The notice claims I've to respond by calling the number or my Home Warranty will be discontinued and I'll lose all protection of "mechanical systems." The number to call for the "required registration" is 1-888-413-5452

- Benton, LA, USA • Feb 24, 2025

On a post card, kinda looks like a water bill. Writing on the front and back and they give you a registration number and a pin for you to use when you call them, which is the only way to contact them
