Received a solicitation from this company with the registration ID and a pin number and to call and they told me that my dwelling and mechanical system home warranty division had expired inside and outside. I never had any things with them. They have a phone number to call registration is required to continue the protection. I never had the protection. I sent the Information back to them via postal mail and on the front of the card I put return to sender on the back of the card. I put scam.

Consumer received a "Final Notice" letter that included a "Registration Fee Voucher" in the mail stating their home warranty was going to expire and requesting an "Immediate Response". Letter came in a blank windowed envelop showing only her address; no business info. Letter noted no business name, only "Home Warranty Division". The consumer called the number to get the business name; she was told Forever Homes at 4805 Mexico Rd, St. Charles MO 63376.

Received a notice via US mail. Claims to be from "County Deed Records" (unnamed county and NO name of sender agency, address, email address - just a phone number to call.) The notice claims I've to respond by calling the number or my Home Warranty will be discontinued and I'll lose all protection of "mechanical systems." The number to call for the "required registration" is 1-888-413-5452

On a post card, kinda looks like a water bill. Writing on the front and back and they give you a registration number and a pin for you to use when you call them, which is the only way to contact them

It is importatn you contact our office at 1-888-413-5452 upon receiving this notice to avoid any unnecessary delays in your coverage beore (date). Please call immediately as this will be our final attempt to notify you about activating your Home Warranty. Failure to call and prevent a potenial lapse in coverage could result in you being liable for all costs associate with any home repairs. However, you still may have time left to activate a warranty on your home before it's too late. No inspection will be required and final acceptance is subject to your ability to meet eligibility requirements." There is no business name or address on the envelope. My family member has never had a home warranty. They are elderly senior citizens and this letter shows up about once a month.

Postcard received in the mail, printed on both sides, handling smudges the ink. Heading on one side states "Home Warranty Division" on the back the heading is "County Deed Records". The card gives a registration number and a pin number along with the phone number of 888-413-5452. "REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR CONTINUED PROTECTION" just below a barcode.

The body of the note is composed as follows;

"Dear (my name),

This is your Warranty Replacement notice advising you to contact our offices so you do not have a lapse in coverage for all available components. With active services, all repairs and replacements will be covered that reflect your updated paperwork. Call 1-888-413-5452 now before it's too late and your expiration date expires leaving your home at risk of expensive repairs and/or product replacement."

I DID NOT call the phone number stated. The postcard did not state a business name, physical address, email address or website. Just the phone number.

Double sided post card received; one side appeared to be from a Home Warranty Division, the other side appeared to be from County Deed Records. Registration was required for continued protection for all available components. With active services, all repairs and replacements will be covered that reflect your updated paperwork. Call ###-###-#### now before it”s too late and your expiration date expires leaving your home at risk of expensive repairs and/or product replacement. There was a Registration ID and a PIN on the card (both sides the same). WARRANTY REPLACEMENT was printed on one side. It was mailed with Postal Permit No. 2650, First Class Mail, Presorted, U.S. Postage Paid Dallas, TX. This was sent to a 12 year old that lives at our address.

- San Antonio, TX, USA • Jan 23, 2025

Received post card regarding a home warranty set to expire 2/7/2025

- Niles, OH, USA • Jan 23, 2025

There was no company name, return address or contact information other than the phone number, 888-413-5452. Shows coverage for "Mechanical Systems" with the same header on both sides of the card. Obviously a scam, but I'm sure some will fall for it.

letter received in the mail to call due to expiring home warranty

- Monroe, OH, USA • Jan 12, 2025

Home warranty division replacement notice for continued dwelling/mechanical systems for my home. They want me to contact their office before the expiration date of 1-27-2025 to pay money before a lapse in coverage.

- Randolph, MA, USA • Dec 26, 2024

Received a postcard in the mail. Type of Location: Dwelling; Component Element Carrier: Mechanical Systems; Coverage Area: Inside/Outside; Home Inspection: Waived. Also had a Registration ID and Pin # on the card. No idea what this is, they only a contact phone number. This was similar to other postings. They gave no email, web address, or physical address. I don't know of any mechanical system in my home requiring county deed registration; nor that has such a warranty. Seems like a scam. Did not call.

Call now before it's too late and your expiration date expires leaving your home at risk of expensive repairs and/or product replacement. Postmark show St. Louis, MO.

This came as a postcard. I don't know how much they wanted until I call them. I have NEVER done ant business with this company.

- Columbia, MO, USA • Dec 23, 2024

A two sided post card said, county deed records, home warranty division. First class mail, presorted U.S. postage paid, St.Louis, mo. Permit No.1999. It said expiration date, 1-10-2025

Registration ID, 352BX02680 pin, 0423

Since I knew I did not have a warranty that needed renewal I ignored it. Later I looked on the internet. After confirming a scam, i shredded the card.
