Advertisement reappeared constantly on Facebook social media. The “act now sale” price (42% off - which has yet to change) seemed enticing. I made purchase by visiting their website, not by clicking an advertisement link. I purchased a winter coat. The product was delivered a few weeks later. It was a poor quality knock off. I contacted the business the same day it was delivered and requested to return the product. Per their “REFUND POLICY: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.” They claimed their “small and humble company can only stretch and process 50% refund immediately” which I reluctantly accepted. Weeks later, still no refund or response to my inquiries.
