Tiktok ad for sale on clothes. The ad was for a boutique named FreckledPoppy. This is a real boutique, however, the ad i clicked was not for their shop. A site pretending to be freckledpoppy, allowed me to place an order for several clothing items, which i still have yet to receive. I have been in contact with someone via email at wideesque posing as freckledpoppy, saying my order is still on the way and they guarantee they are a legit business. I warned them i would be contacting the ScamPulse.com if i did not receive my order by the 29th. I have no way of tracking the order. Its a bogus tracking site.

I ordered jeans through a link in TikTok and I have ordered through TikTok before and everything was legit. This was a scam knock off of a real company so I didn't realize it was weird until after I received my order confirmation email. The website seemed weird and it has been over 35 days since I made the purchase. The tracking number link says "be patient"and says it was delivered to my address a few days ago, but I have checked every single day. So I emailed their customer service and it keeps saying almost the same thing. I keep saying that I need to understand that their shipping company will not provide a refund and that they can, resend the item, but I don't believe that they will and then they tried to say that I probably gave them the wrong address even though it was correct and they will not go through with making it right. They said that they would give me a 60% refund, but they couldn't give me a refund , and are making no attempts to actually give me that. Then they tried to say that the item wasn't very expensive so it wasn't that much money lost.
