placed a message on my computer saying that I had been hacked and to call a number to get it fixed. My computer was locked up. I could not navigate anywhere because of the message on there. they said that they worked for microsoft and were hired to fix computers when people had trouble with theirs. they wanted to sell me a microsoft premium security plan so my computer would run as brand new and be protected for 5 years. they were of Indian ancestory-sounded like they were from India.
