Type of a scam Online Purchase
I have been looking for dachshund puppies and today saw two listings in my area. The pictures looked strange, almost photoshopped/faked. I tried to find the rescue's website but they do not have one, only a facebook page that is strangely very sparse and does not have anything on it. I used reverse google image search on the two pictures of puppies listed on petfinder and confirmed that the listings are fake. One of the puppy images comes from a post on pintrest from the summer of 2023, and the other puppy image comes from a website where the puppy was sold by a breeder back in 2023.

The rescue is clearly using fake listings to fundraise money with no intention of ever adopting the dogs out, because they do not have any dogs and simply take photos off the internet to advertise.
