4Ever Home misrepresented themselves as associated with my mortgage company the Navy Federal Credit Union. A sales representative "Chase Carroll" repeatedly stated when getting me to RENEW a home warrantee that my radon mitigation system was covered. When I went to put in a claim, their claims department said it was not covered and that it was not a renewal but a new policy. Only when pressed, a manager "Patrick" stated that there was no coverage for the first thirty days. When pressed they informed me that they had 5 to 7 business days to mail me the policy which would explain what was covered and what was not. They also said they had no relationship with the NFCU and had no relationship with my original home warrantee company.

I recently purchased a new car. This letter arrived today from Richard Thomas, Program Coordinator at Vehicle Services Division. There is no company name. There is no return address. There is no website or email address mentioned. Only the phone number 1-800-851-0673. The letter says my factory warranty has expired and I am delinquent in contacting them about my service contract. It is marked "Final Notice" and asks me to call prior to 6/24/2024. It warns that they "reserve the right to revoke your eligibility for service coverage if you do not meet our criteria. Call within 5 days to ensure eligibility". The envelope does not have a return address on it; nor any stamps. But it has printed on it the following: "PRSRT STD U.S. Postage PAID Permit No. 699 Mailed From Zip Code 92799".

A direct mail written as a Notice that our home warranty is secured by them and “may be already expired” and therefore we must act immediately. We do not do business with People’s Nat’l Bank. It is not true.

I received Letter in the mail. Titled Final Notice. It has my full name, correct address and the make, model and year of vehicle i just purchased.

Letter stated that i have not contacted them regarding my vehicle warranty and to call 1-877-205-9492 and they need my VIN number and mileage on the service contract. Stating that if this letter is neglected that the warranty will be expired and wont be able to restore it. Then signed Andrew Williams, Program Coordinator and the phone number again. With operating hours of 7am to 7pm

I received the letter asking for vin and mileage and the man stated i had to pay for additional mechanical repair which i was never told before! I said i have no money & he asked so what would you do if you break down? I just hung up!

I got a mail letter from George Waller, Program Director. It has my husband full name, our address and lender company. It says “ RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUESTED” and that it was important to call immediately that will be their final attempt to notify us about our Home Warranty to be up to date. It has an expiration day of 5-7 days since we got the letter. Scam Calling number is 1877-671-1027

I have received a post mail stating final notice about my property and that my home warranty has expired. The letter has stated my address and my lender information. The scammer also has created a refer customer ID number as well.

I received a letter from George Walker, Home Warranty Division Program Director at Warranty Global Group. They have information related to my Mortgage Lender as well as my address. The only contact provided is the phone number that led me to this scam alert.

They've been sending letters saying i need to call to verify my car warranty. I have never requested a car warranty, i have never contacted any conpany about a car warranty. They were given my information by bill luke car dealership in phoenix, az. This is continued harassment by that dealership!
