I recieved with a phone call, they sounded very professional. He had information in regards to what year my car was what type of car it was and that Buick sent my information to them. They had my address phone number email address in the beginning and then I got transferred over to another woman by the name of Crystal Johnson that was the financing person that took down my other information in regards to sending me my ID card and a booklet of what was covered with this initial conversation. In the begining i was told that the company name was Ultimate auto. They proceeded to take a down payment that was to be followed by monthly payments that were to be a certain amount and that all of that information was to be sent with the welcome packet. The number given to me was 844-290-3804. I received a confirmation #3xxxxxxxxx3. I called back today and asked why I hadn't received anything confirming my purchase and was told that it would take 72 hours to receive the email.

Then I was given a policy # and was directed to gotomycoverage.com. From there i was instructed to enter my email address and policy number to log in and see my coverage. On this page there was something that had looked like a memebership card with a picture of the same year and model of my card and all of my information on card. There were 5 didferent numbers. I called the customer service dept and got a verizon prerecored message stating that I didn't dial the number correctly. This number was the 844-290-3804. That I had already called. So i went back in my phone logs to call the same number I had just used to speak with someone with the same verizon message coming up. Strange it worked the first time I called it. So i called the claims department 833-483-2610. They stated that they were Omega Auto Care. They transferred me back to the customer service department to sit on hold for an hour listening to music for an hour before I hung up.

With all of these numbers they all led back to Crystal Davis lady that would not give me a company address said that there was no management to speak to for 3 hours and hung up on me multiple times until it would no longer let me call that number any longer. I take the assumption that i was blocked.

They said the were an vehicle extended warranty. When I tried to place a claim they would not approve repairs as stated on contract

Letter telling me to call 18333305441 with VIN and current mileage of my new car by February 26th, otherwise my vehicle's warranty coverage will expire and I will be financially liable for any and all repairs.

Received a letter in the mail from an apparent home warranty program that said they were partnering with the lender from my mortgage, said my warranty was expiring and this was my final notice and to call to avoid lapse in service/warranty. I called, she said this was a mandatory service, offered very little detail, took my debit card information, told me it would be 295 a month for 18 mo, then 272 a month for another 18 mo. I got a confirmation email with a sketchy website that didn't work. I called the help number provided to cancel my service immediately after realizing this was a scam and it was automated recording saying someone would call me back shortly. Hours passed, no return call, not way to cancel online. The email comes from [email protected]

The letter said: “It is important you contact our office at 1-888-928-1981 upon receiving this notice to avoid any unnecessary delays in your coverage before 2/6/2025. They used our Loan Company Longbridge Financial, LLC as reference.

They said it was for my automobile warranty and that I would need to make a payment to continue the coverage. Once I contacted my auto dealer, they informed me this was not true and it was a scam. They had all of my info prior to the call (SSN, mailing address, vehicle info)

This company sends fraudulent mail via the post office saying that your home warranty has expired. They call it a final notice and a response is requested when you do not have an account with this company. This is fraudulent and needs to be stopped.

I received a letter in the mail that my home warranty was about to expire. I am not a home owner or have a home warranty. It listed Shellpoint MTG SVCNG and my current home warranty provider. There was no physical address or company name on the letter. There was a smalllllll disclaimer on the bottom of the letter that stated “Superior Home Protection is not affiliated with your current mortgage lender.” That’s the only clue to a company name. The only way to contact them is by calling a 877-499-4406. The postage on the envelope is stamped that it was mailed from zip code 92799.

They contacted me about an extended warranty and made it seem very urgent, pressuring me into getting it. I’ve been attempting to call and cancel just in case it is a reputable business, however I’ve been left on hold and call would end before speaking with someone.

It is a letter from Fannie Mae Mortgage and they wrote that my property’s home warranty may be expiring or already is. It asks the contact the number to make sure to don’t have a lapse in coverage. It also says no inspection is required.

Has the phone number 8774994406

The person’s name writing the letter is Amber Lawrence (program director). It has a customer ID number and expiration date. Also has a Spanish number to call: 8775151430. Also has FINAL NOTICE written at the top with my full name and my full address. It came with a postage stamp paid with permit number 699. Zip code 92799

They pretended they worked for the reverse mortgage company and said there were problems in my area and until they were under control I had to cover the mortgage by get a home warranty from them. I claimed if I really needed it I should be able to get it from any company but they called again insisting that it be from them because they worked with my company. It was all a lie but scared me enough as I never had a reverse mortgage and thought maybe I missed something.

For years I have received IMMEDIATE RESPONSE REQUESTED in my Postal Mail from the Home Warranty Division. There is no return address on the envelope, no e-mail contact information and the only association with a location within the U.S. is on the Presorted STD U.S. Postage stamp sent out by this company. The stamp shows Permit No. 699, mailed from Zip Code 92799 Orange County, CA postal code in Santa Ana, CA. Through the years I have called this number (1-877-499-4406) provided in the letter by the Program Director, Amber Lawrence. The purpose of each call was to request that she top sending me her solicitations via the U.S. Postal Service and during each call she says I will be taken off her mailing list. In addition she refers to my local bank as the entity that secures my home. I have no mortgage with my local bank, and I have no mortgage at all. I own my home outright having paid my mortgage off in 2016, and the mortgage was not through my local bank. Anyway, I smell a scam and believe most people who receive her ridiculous mail do as well. Any warranties I might have in my home are related to appliances, computers, electronics, tools, etc. which are covered by Manufacturers Warranties. My Homeowners Insurance covers the home. If something malfunctions and a warranty has expired, if I can afford it I'll replace it, and if I can't afford it I'll wait until I can. I have no intention of sending payments to someone I'm not familiar with , who resides out of state, who can't even provide a return address on her letters. Just thought I'd share the subject matter as it's really aggravating and I've been getting her mail for years. She just won't stop !

I received a predatory final notice letter in the mail with no company name and no address. The person's name in the letter was Amber Lawrence, program director. The letter says that my home warranty is about to expire and failure to call will cause a lapse in coverage and I would be responsible for paying all costs if something were to happen. I called the number listed and the man was incredibly rude and said he had never of Amber Lawrence. I asked to be taken off the list and he refused unless I provided him with my information. I hung up and tried to call back but ended up in the same situation.

Received letter in mail from unknown company. Letter indicates "Our records indicate that you have not contacted us to have your vehicle service contract activated........" The letter states to call 888-307-2075. The letter has my full name and address, new car info of vehicle I leased June 2024 with partial VIN number shown.

Letter came looked authentic but I do not have this for home insurance but did years ago. Looked up the # and said it’s a scam.
