To visit Mexico you need to fill out a visitors tax form, it charges $11 per person. However, the website is hard to find. So these people just started this website, made it look official, hid that they have nothing to do with the Mexican government in the footer and small print, and charges you $38 per person on top of that! They're not actually doing you a service. Instead of directing you to the right website, they just do what you just did (input your information) on the correct website and charge you $38 on top of it.
