I may have been scammed right along with you they told me I owed them6,366.65. I have no record of this with all my mess but they took 100 for 332 payments from one of my credit cards. I don't they I owe them but I didnt want to go to court either. He had all my info too.

I received a phone call saying I was going to be served papers at my employer if I didn’t call. I called and was told I owed $2000 for a Spot loan account from 2014. The whole thing seemed fake but I gave them my credit card and they took $200. Attached is the agreement I set up.

Claims I was delinquent on an armed forces credit card from 18 years ago. If i didn't pay this fee I would be served papers and would be taken to court for the sum of $5000. They knew my full name, address, phone number and the last 4 of my SSN. they also knew my girlfriends phone number.
