Thought I was paying 1.00 for a deed copy. Got a boatload of useless crap and no deed copy. They charged my credit card 31.00. Their business practices are highly deceptive and that is against the law. They are straight up crooks. Their one star reviews on trust pilot are proof and they should be stopped.

I accessed their site after searching for a way to obtain a history of property taxes on my property. It indicated I would be charged $1 and would be able to view my record online and receive an email. I was charged $41 and it appears from the experience of others they will continue to attempt to charge more every month.

I tried to pay $1 for a single search. I denied every attempt at adding services, but found I was charged $31. They charged me additional money when they were never supposed to.
