I made an online order. It said once the item was processed I would get an email with shipping info to track. I ordered in Aug. 4 today is Aug 18 and nothing has been shipped. I have sent multiple emails and they all say the same thing. Nothing has been done about it. I think I have been scammed.

I've been charged twice for an order I have yet to receive. The initial order was placed July 11th. I reached out to customer service on August 2 and was told the shipment would be expedited. According to the Shop app, neither order has shipped. I have still not received the original order and now have been charged for a second order.

I bought a one time purchase of saffron gummies for my son to try them and they set me up on recurring charge that I didn't want. They tried to charge me several times but I had my card locked. I emailed them asking how to cancel and saying I didn't want anymore and a couple months later (today) 5/17/26, I was charged again. I have emailed them again because they provide no way to cancel on their website only a help request email option.

Wanted to try product advertised on IG, got product, tested, was not successful. They charged card, after unknowingly signing up for a subscription. They sent product, but upon trying to cancel, could not reach via email, phone or website for two months. Have been charged each month. Would love to return product they continue to send, but had to cancel card, and will continue the reach to return product. Ordered a book from them with initial order that was charged for but never delivered.

I ordered some saffron gummies for my grandson. He was found to be allergic to them, and I attempted to cancel my subscription, but was unable to find any way on the company website to do so after looking several times. I sent three emails to the support email listed, [email protected], stating that I want to cancel my recurring subscription, but received no response to any email. I have been trying to cancel this for the past 2 recurring charges, and have been unable to, so keep getting charged on the 5th of each month.
