Unfortunately, I checked for customer reviews too late. Herus holistic are very helpful and communicative till you place an order. Once placed, they ignore your messages and emails. I tried to comment on a post on Instagram and asked why are they ignoring me, comment got deleted! I reached out via PayPal an then I received a shipping email. Curious if it’ll arrive without further issues! I believe in holistic healing but there are much more trustful sides to order from!

My advice stay away from this website!

I order online 06/24/21 of almost $90. In mid July I received an email saying that they are backed up (do to them blowing up on TikTok) and that they should have my order out in the next couple of weeks. Fast forward I’ve called and emailed them with little to no help. November and I received an email stating my package he’s been ship. On December 1 I received a slip from ups with a charge of $24.91 (I wasn’t going to pay that) so I got in contact with the company and I was told to have it shipped back and they will reship it . It’s now 1/21/22 and nothing.the website is down the phone number is disconnected and no response on TikTok

I ordered from them, their page looked great but i noticed no reviews and nobody mentioning if they ever got their product. So i commented on his video “if anyone has reviews on their product, comment here, it would be appreciated”…my comment gets deleted, so i did it on another video, also gets deleted, and again on the same video, still deleted, most definitely a scam, don’t buy from them.

They never send you products you purchase and when you ask about an update or others if they received their items which they didn't either they will block you. They will lie and lie and lie.

I purchased skin care products from this company after viewing a great video on TikTok. May 2, 2021. I waited a week for the confirmation. I received nothing. I messaged the company on TikTok. No reply. I reached out on their direct website by email. I received no response. I messaged a few others on TikTok, on the same post mentioning their product- asking if they received their order or a confirmation. All 5 of the people I asked didn’t receive their order or confirmation either. HeruHolistics blocked my account on TikTok. I made a video on TikTok mentioning my confusion, asking for help or advice. Wondering if I was scammed or blocked. Heru holistics messaged me on my other TikTok account, saying they would sue me for posting that video. It w[censored]e speech, etc. More people have messaged them asking for refunds, messaged me saying they’ve been scammed by this company as well.
