This company I decided to try a product, mascara. After I signed up and ordered the item, was given the discount promised, and had checked out of the transaction completely, I was notified a few minutes later of an additional and separate charge for expedited shipping. I had denied any extra charges for shipping and the final cost was $14 and some change. The new charge was an additional l$13.75 and I had to contact them for a refund immediately. They were quick to give me the refund for the "accidental" charge and I thought that was that. Well, today I get a "recurring payment" notification from Nymbus, the parent company of this Lash Cosmetic. I received an invite in my email to join their VIP member program which I never even entertained and deleted the email without clicking anything within it. They saved my payment information and charged me for this VIP member program without my authorization. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! I had to cancel my card twice due to this company and I advice EVERY person that encounters them to steer clear and spread the warning of their deceit and dishonesty. They should be ashamed of themselves and any person that can work for this kind of company is just as guilty as the disgusting people that originated it. Get an honest job and stop stealing from us who work hard to be able to enjoy small luxuries without it becoming a case of fear of financial attack.

Bought vibely mascara from Facebook and although received the product (which doesn’t do what it states it does!) I now find that I am paying a recurring charge every month for a service or products that I haven’t since then received. Have cancelled the PayPal payments but I have been scammed out of $63!

I purchased vibely mascara (Lash Cosmetics) in September 2023. It took over one month to receive it because it was shipped from China, which I did not realize. Also, upon purchase, I wasn't aware that I signed up for a monthly subscription. I noticed jus recently that my Paypal had been charged $31.63 in October and November by Nymbus, LLC with a website and email by the name of "shopinnovations". When I clicked on the link from my Paypal account, it took me to a domain that said the website did not exist. So, I finally found a toll number for Nymbus, LLC. The person I spoke with explained that when I ordered the mascara, I checked a "yellow box" at checkout that gave permission for the monthly subscription. I would have never willingly checked a box that gave permission for a monthly subscription of $31.63. Furthermore, Nymbus, LLC/Lash Cosmetics/Vibely or whoever they are never sent me anything other than the mascara. If this is a credible company, they should make it clear during the checkout process that their customers are being signed up for a subscription. And then not send those "subscribers" any further communication or product? That is some shady business! So of course I felt like I had been scammed when I saw those charges on my account. However, Nymbus, LLC did give me a full refund for the two month of $31.63 I was charged, so that is a positive on their part. In my opinion, they're banking on the fact that most people won't realize the monthly charge and won't go through the ordeal that I had to go through to get refunded.

Could you please share what number you called to get ahold of someone?

I came across VIbely Mascara ad on Facebook and ordered buy one . I did receive this product. The same company (allegedly called Nymbus LLC, with a website and email under the name “shopinnovations”) continued to charge me monthly payments of $31.63 for about without my authorization, for which I never received a single product.

I came across VIbely Mascara ad on Facebook and ordered buy one get one free for a one-time payment of $19.99. I did receive this product. The same company (allegedly called Nymbus LLC, with a website and email under the name “shopinnovations”) continued to charge me monthly payments of $31.63 for about 6 months without my authorization, for which I never received a single product. I am unable to stop the reoccurring payments through Paypal so now I am at the mercy of this shady company, hoping that they stop my reoccurring payments. Also, I checked the website listed on Paypal for them and it doesn’t exist.
