I made a purchase online for Old Navy Outlet Clearance Items. My purchase consisted of clothing items such as blouses, jackets, etc. Since January I was promised a refund of $35.74 which never occurred even though they keep sending me a screenshot that states REFUND SUCCESSFUL but I have yet to receive the money and it's now April. Supposedly, the driver (they would not provide which courier they used) was unable to access my location, the address was invalid. Then I was told that someone signed for the package. I asked for a picture of where they made the delivery and who signed for the package. They ignore me and do not answer my inquiries. I get the same runaround excuse that the refund takes 15-25 days. I believe from January to April was ample time to provide a refund.

Made an online purchase of a few items from the website call the outlet store paid my money back in January. Got an email that my order has been delivered which it had not contacted the vibe girl company. They informed me that they would be sending my order out again. They apologized here. It is March same thing happen now there’s no response.
