I ordered these shoes on January 15th. They sent a link to a "virtual closet" and then the shoes never came. They have been "stuck in customs" for weeks.

Samba heart sneakers advertised. Never received. I even used shop to make it more secure and it was a vetted site but it was still a fraudulent transaction. Received a tracking number 5 days later. Tracking number says it was delivered from china and with my local carrier but then nothing after that and no response to email inquiries. Website indicates that tracking number will pro ide delivery info but it does not.
