I encountered s a similar issue. I purchased a lead on October 26th for $480 and I have emailed and called twice and I haven't heard anything back from the business. As well, I emailed Vending Exchange to make them aware of the situation. I will get my money back even if I have to dispute it with my credit card company.

I made a purchase on https://vendingexchange.com. I made a purchase on July 23rd and was told someone would reach out to me about purchase. I still have not been contacted to place my vending machine, or received a refund. Also there is no correct way to contact organization on the website, No phone, email, anything.
