Stole money

They told me to Apple Pay to a number. Then after I paid they told me they gave me the wrong number. Pure bs. They wanted me to pay again to ship out merchandise. They did this on purpose and I want this site dismantled so others don't get scammed the same way

Went to the website vapepodsmart.com ordered a bunch of juul pods, when it asked for payment method I selected zelle and gave my phone number, I was contacted by someone from the business and he gave me his zelle to send him the money 140.99 which included shipping, he then said it was shipped and I got a tracking number to use on “swift global agency” the next day I got a email and text from this “swift global agency” saying that my package is put on hold and I needed to pay 500 in “refundable insurance” giving me a zelle to send it to and assuring me that it would be refunded as soon as it is delivered, this seemed like an obvious scam and I didn’t fall for it I texted the original guy I ordered from saying they’re demanding 500 dollars he said that this is normal and said I can zelle it to him instead I still didn’t fall for it and asked him if I could get a refund instead because I didn’t want to send 500 dollars (more than double the price of my original order) without any guarantee I’ll get it back and since I won’t be getting what I paid for I’d like a refund he said he wouldn’t give me a refund because it was already shipped and again asked for the 500 dollars at this point I knew the whole thing was a scam and there likely wasn’t any package in the first place so I disputed the charge with my bank and decided to report it here so other people don’t get scammed
