Vaovac is supposedly an online website that sells anti-cellulite product that helps reduce the look of cellulite. As first time customers they do add-ons with the product including free shipping. If the product is sent out they'll use a company called gofo for delivery but here is the catch gofo delivery service doesn't listen to delivery instructions. Upon reaching out to Vaovac for help about a lost package and a package that wasn't delivered properly. Vaovac threw the policy handbook, told me they couldn't help me and then took a week to respond. When I showed them proof of the signs in my complex stating do not leave main packages in the main lobby, Vaovac told me to reach out to GOFO based on dealing with both companies, I paid for an item I never got, they refused to give me my money back as a first time customer. Most companies would work with a first time customer. I paid 71.41 for items I never got
