Vanilla PrePaid Card fraud stems within the company itself I would bet my life on it, and they don't have the intention an definitely not the honor to refund the frauded cards to their clients. Too often too many victims, too much pointing to the fact that Vanilla Cards are wiped out by their own people and they don't ever recognize the fraud and get away with robbing millions of people. An investigation in this company's practices is absolutely required. I am shocked that I can buy at Walmart a prepaid card that comes from a company that scams people out of their money and can operate doing this to millions and for years uncheked, It's disgusting if we can't trust credit card companies anymore. Something must be done
