Ordered a product of a "Tupac" Hello kitty plushy from this site in which looked very popular as well as their social media pages. Kept receiving emails that it would take 4-6 weeks to complete order then received 2 more emails claiming the product would take another month to complete.4 months later the company blocked me on all social media outlets and email when reaching out about my order that was never received. I had to dispute the transaction with the bank as well, i found multiple customers complaining this same company scammed them as well around the same time that i had placed the order.

I placed an order with Valure LV on December 25, 2024, through their website. The estimated shipping time was 4-6 weeks, but as of February 5, 2025, I have not received my order.

I have made multiple attempts to contact the company regarding the status of my order, including sending emails on 1/31/2025, but I have not received any response. The company does not provide updates, and there is no way to reach a representative.

This lack of communication and failure to deliver my purchase is unacceptable. I am seeking assistance in either receiving my order or obtaining a full refund.

Product was on a presale. Never heard back from order for 3 months only got attention by commenting on his post repeatedly. Was rudely responses to days later. I tried via email twice and no answer. He would’ve kept my money if I didn’t make a big deal on social media
