Called me on the phone saying they were Valley Health (my credit union) and they had a federal loan to take the place of the HELOC and we would have a fixed rate of 2.25%. We would have to go to Walmart and with a debit card or cash send them $1558.20. I would have to call them 1st to get a ECA code. Linda Brown was the ladies name and Patrick was the supervisor name. The number she called back from was 888-510-9207. Is this a scam, I was told by the bank that it was.
