I wanted to change my mail address so I went to USPS.com and it was suppose to cost $1.05 and on my bank statement it says it was charged $99. Their number is 888-243-9731. I tried calling them for a refund but their number is now disconnected.

Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes

Scammer called asking for a man, by name, who was deceased since 2010. The son of the man began asking him questions. The person told him he was from UPS or USPS (the son couldn't remember) and that he had a package to confirm. He told the son that the package was from the Lottery System. The son starting asking for badge numbers and different types of questions. Scammer hung up, then called back and said he had his badge number and the son asked if he was, in fact from the federal government and the scammer hung up again.
