I was billed 187 dollars when it said 1 dollar. And I asked for a refund and it went back in my account then came back out 10 min later. I emailed them and called the recording said 2 business days now I don't understand. Why wouldn't the United States postal service website be the first on the site when u look it up online?

I wanted to change my mailing address with the US Postal Service when this website popped up I clicked “Do it Online” assuming it was the USPS website to change the address online it did not mention of any payment only that $1.00 would be charged for using the service to change online. After I was charged $179.95 I realized it was a fake Postal service website and called the number the man who sounded like he was from India said I would receive the refund within 3-4 business days and gave me a confirmation number which is ********** then I received a text message saying that I would receive a refund in 2 days. I asked if I don’t receive the money should I call the number back on the web site (833)221-9288 but on my caller id the phone number was (703)276-0100 and it said Arlington, VA. I did not have that money to spend and would like the $179.95 refunded to the card they charged me from please and I hope this won’t happen to any other innocent person just trying to have their mail forwarded from an old address. Now I believe they have my information since they can connect my old address and my new address with any associated accounts or information in my name. Please help! Thank you and I appreciate your time.

They bounced of the USPS website stating we needed to confirm identy to change my address and they took money

- Washington, DC, USA • May 07, 2023

This scammer sent me a text message, saying that my USPS package is still on hold and will be returned to the sender. Then they provided the link. I accidentally shared my name and apartment address with them, but I did not share my credit card information when they asked for a $3 redelivery fee. That’s when I knew it was a scam. So, I’m worried that they might use that information.

I saw an add on TikTok for these buy one get one giant octopus plushies so I bought it. My order was placed 2 weeks ago and I've tried to track it, but it says nothing but my order has been placed. I tried contacting them and they've never responded. They don't have a phone number. I wanted to cancel my order, but again, never responded. And they won't let me get a refund unless I receive the product which is funny bc I don't think the product will ever come.

Went on to post-mail-usp.com to change address.

I noticed that 179.95 had been deducted from my account. I immediately called Post Office to learn it was a scam.

How is it that easy to be scammed by someone claiming to be the US Government. Isn't that a serious crime and there should be a law enforcement agencies investigation? This is a site that looks identical to USPS site! I noticed on comment site many other people with same problem.

I attempted to fill out the online USPS change of address form. The site required payment information, but did not indicate the amount due. My credit card has a pending payment of $179.95 and the charge only reads FORWARD OF POSTAL MAIL. The USPS charges $1 and some change on the official website. The website I used mimicked the official USPS website. This is a scam.

Placed an order on 2/05/23 and received a confirmation email. After waiting for an update for weeks, I sent an email on 4/01/23 but never got a reply. I sent another one tonight 5/04/23 and decided to also check for scam info.

They promise if you pay for an IT practice exam that it will be delivered within 4 hours. I paid for an exam on 4/10/2023 and have attempted to contact them twice and did not receive a response either time. I stated if they didn't respond I would report to BBB, so that is what I am doing. It has been almost a month and no exam was ever delivered nor will they respond to email inquiries.

This website essentially impersonates the USPS website. When you search "USPS jobs" or "USPS jobs near me," it is the first link to appear. However, when you enter information as if you are about to find out what jobs are available near you, it asks for your debit card information for a "refundable deposit." This deposit is for their preparation to pass the USPS assessments, but that is not explained. Additionally, if you realize this and try to get a refund, they will tell you that the refund is only offered if you fail the course their system prepares you to take. In other words, they deceive you by acting like a USPS job search and application site, lure you into paying a $89 deposit, and refuse to refund it when you call.

I commissioned Tami to create a pendant with my precious moldavite when I met her at a gem fair in Santa Barbara Ca.in Feb of this year.. She took $260 cash and promised to create a pendant by the end of April. My moldavite is worth about $1000. She did not send any photos to what she was creating and I reached out to her early April to ask when to expect the finished product. She would not respond through text or calling..only email. She said pendant would be sent that week..April 16. April 24 I still had not received anything so I reached out and inquired tracking number. Tracking number she sent was a preprint with nothing sent. She still would not respond to any of my calls being confused about the tracking number. Finally when I threatened her with fraud she responded with confusing emails about the post office employee stealing packages and that my package was delayed because the post office was investigating the theft and none of her packages could be sent. She stated it was now the post office committing fraud not her.

I personally called Hickory NC post office and they said I had been scammed…no employees were stealing and they do not hold packages. I have numerous emails that do not make sense and I just really want my moldavite back. Can you help? ***** ******

Wanted me to click a link and “update my address” for a package delivery

- Glenwood, MN, USA

I recently bought a product then a day later received a text asking for a redelivery fee

- Seattle, WA, USA

Received a text message saying there was an issue with my USPS delivery and they would attempt to redeliver after paying a small fee. After looking at the USPS website, they never charge for a failed delivery and I have recently gotten packages through USPS of similar size with no problem to our apartment complex.
