I also ordered a bty operated chainsaw. Worked in house after charging batteries, got it out side cut a few twigs and nothing. Light comes on when you engage the trigger but nothing happens with the blade. Trying to contact the seller doesn't seem to be happening. I used my Sams Club Credit Card instead of PayPal. Stupid me. It says free returns but you can't reach anybody to return it to.

On October 14th, 2020, I ordered a small hand-held chain saw for $40.98. They sent me a battery instead! The order was put through PayPal, who said they had no way of contacting JACK MAYI. I used my Sears Card to make the purchase, so I contacted them and received a plethora of recorded messages. I finally got through to their customer service people who gave me a run-around with no hope to resolve the issue.

The battery came in a box with the following:
JACK MAYI
SINO-US
200 E. Stanley Street
Compton, CA 90220
Hawthorne, CA 90250

How can I send the battery back with an address that lists 2 cities?
What can be done? Is Jack Mayi a fictitious person? Is SINO-US a real company?

I ordered the battery operated chain saw. When it arrived, it didn't even work. I sent it back, but have still not received a refund on my credit card. My USPS tracking # is 9361 2699 0350 5914 6483 29. Does anyone know how to contact them by phone?

Order 2 GTA Battery Power Woodcutter - received batteries but not woodcutter. File claim with Paypal but just getting the runaround. Think their part of it. Would like to return batteries. Too bad I didn't find out this is a scam before I placed the order.

I ordered a chain saw once, ands they sent me a cain. They said i got what i ordered. No refund! So i ordered again. This time they sent me a battery! I want my money back!

I ordered a rechargeable mini chainsaw and they sent me a hand pruner. The insisted I received what I ordered. I asked them why all the reviews on the ad were for the chainsaw...no response. They sent me an address in China, but I'm going to return it to the California address on the envelope they mailed the pruner in. Signature on receipt. [email protected]

Ordered the mini saw and received a mini hand saw. I want my money back. Reported to Pay Pal as a scam and have opened an investigation.

I ordered a chainsaw and received a handsaw. Want my money back. It said on package that the order came from Jack Mayi, 200 E Stanley, Compton, CA.90220 AND hAWTHORNE, ca 90250. Want my money back as soon as possible. Next time I see this ad I will WARN everyone that this is a scam. So return my money and I will return your handsaw. Order 2 mini chainsaw and received a 2 Pruners. Would like my money back or the chainsaws. I don't want to contact the BBB, but I will if I don't hear back from you by Friday Nov. 27 2020.

I ordered a Stihl mini chainsaw ... Half price - $29.99 plus shipping of $4.95. Total $34.94. What I received was a little handsaw (manual). Scam?

ordered a 2020 ps lightweight waterproof drone w/extra battery cost 34.93 never received my drone. one extra battery arrived after4 weeks from Jack Mayi seno-us 200 east stanley st.comptonca 90220 Hawthorne,CA 90250 such scaming.

All I received was the battery, no saw, no extra battery. It took five weeks from California through the mail. I doubt If I will ever get my entire order. Scam, if it is to good to be true then it is TO GOOD TO BE TRUE.

I guess my negative isn't as serious as the one I just read. However - we waited a full 3 weeks on a Dell Battery - which was promised DAYS later. The original order was from NewEgg. DELL could have kept me waiting for 3 weeks! Lol. I'll be a little more careful when ordering from NewEgg in the future. Thankfully - it appears we did get what we ordered - and they did beat the Dell price by a bit - to add a little positive back to the experience.

Order # 12715 on 7/5/20 was placed with USPARTSONSALE.COM Order was placed for x1 laptop power supply, x1 Dell E6230 high output

battery and x1 E6530 high output battery. 7/25/20 products received. Found power supply was acceptable. E6230 battery was not sent,

they sent wrong battery in its place. E6530 battery type was correct except at full charge yielded 71%, very poor used battery was sent in

place of the new. So 1 out of 3 items was acceptable. I emailed company and asked for a solution. Instead of a solution I received

badgering from company which was when I asked for an RMA. If they can't get it right, at least lets come clean with a refund. Email 1 was

from a Jaques Lvovscho at email [email protected]. Jaques gave me updates on the package ETA. Since I was getting no where

with Jaques on a replacement solution, and knowing there was a tight return window, I attempted to escalate the issue by emailing the 2

emails provided with original purchase/receipt. email 2 was to [email protected] email 3 was to [email protected].

order amount 156.59. Today 7/31/20 I get an email from Dotty where she used the adaptersstore account and she advised RMA solution of

me shipping batteries to China. Guessing she was giving me another run around, I looked at original tracking information and see batteries

point of origin was Arizona or California (see below). I looked into price for shipping a 2 pound box to China as it's $27 (USPS) $130 (fedex)

$156 (ups). This looks like another scam on their part. In summary (1) wrong battery sent, (2) used item was sent instead of new, (3)

return policy is unacceptable if return solution is going to cost more than the items themselves, (4) reasonable return solution to a United

States location, where items came from in the first place would be acceptable. FYI, Package received had 2 tracking numbers on it. One

from DHL GM and the other from USPS. DHL # 4040 7070 0746 5523 seems to be tied to the return address: Jack Mayi, SINO-US, 12833

Chadron Ave., Hawthorne, CA, 90250. The USPS Tracking #: 9361 2899 3710 0058 9673 57 appears to have originated in Arizona. . what
