Company constantly advertises their sauna will reach 185 degrees on social media and their website. The heater that comes with the sauna stops at 158 degrees. The inside of the sauna only gets up to about 140 degrees. Company will not refund anything, only gives store credit for more products that don’t perform as advertised.

I purchased their product in February 2025 and requested cancellation before it shipped, but they sent it anyway. They only allow returns with a 20% restocking fee, which I agreed to. After nearly four months of back-and-forth communication, I returned the product. As of May 5, 2025, I still haven't received my refund. Despite contacting them multiple times, they claim to be working on it, but I never hear back. Their use of a generic AI system for email responses makes me feel like I'll never see my refund. They have their product back, and I'm out $600.

This company does not follow through with what they say. They send you damaged products and do not return calls or emails. They will take your money and not look back. It is happening to several people! There is proof all over their Instagram and socials. It has been 2 Months.

Nurecover Tropic Home Steam Sauna is made of such poor quality. I have had 3 heating units. The first one lasted the longest, about 8 times used. I reached out to support and after providing proof and the unit not working anymore, they agreed to send a new unit. After 1 month of waiting, I received the replacement unit, however, it was missing parts so I reached out to support again. After providing proof again, Nurecover sent me the missing parts and another unit. After another month of waiting, the missing parts and additional heating unit arrived. Now I have 2 replacement heating units. The first replacement unit I tried, it turned on, however it did not heat anything or create steam so chalk that up as another faulty unit. So I tried the last heating unit, it turned on and started heating as it should. It started steaming but after 10 minutes the unit shut off and never turned on again. I spent $350 on this Tropic Steam Sauna and have not been able to enjoy it in the slightest. I am convinced Nurecover is running a scam and providing cheap faulty products. I do not trust Nurecover's products and do not recommend buying anything from Nurecover.

I ordered this product from their website after seeing a targeted ad on instagram. Order was placed on 12/17 with my cc charged immediately. Order has not been received and there is no customer service phone number. There is a contact us feature on the website, but the messages I have received back have been sent with some kind of a bot, not an actual person. Shipping details have been wrong and no resolution has been made. I think this is a total scam. I have sent a dozen emails and have not gotten any help to resolve the situation. I asked for a refund and was told that is not possible since the order has “shipped” but I was provided with a tracking number that shows a shipping label was created on the day I placed the order, but it hasn’t moved since.
