I had canceled 2 weeks after paying 21.95.
Two months later I noticed I had been charged.
I called to get a refund and showing I never used their service.
Asking for a supervisor said his name was Juan.
Well Juan is a joke. He is the boss's little b[censored] and sure he sucks his dick to keep his job.
He doesn't transfer you to his boss because he knows he f'ed up because he is a [censored] up.
Your best bet is to dispute any transaction!

I have not been able to find or get any help I want my 29.99 back it best not be taken every month or ill replace my card I won't be bullied into being stolen from. Return my money... it not right to still from people who are in desperate times this is as low as it gets how can they live with their selves.
