I am in serious need of emergency funds so I was looking into small loans for bad credit. My health insurance company told me to contact my local state government for free help and guidance. Upon doing that I got rerouted to what I thought was government grants. It was this USFUNDS. All of this was online through gov.com. after going through the application and giving my name, at the end of the application it wants a "small fee" for processing the application. I stopped the application however they were still able to try and withdraw the money. Transaction was declined because like I said, I'm flat broke, but I had to go through the process with my bank and report it etc?

I dont even know how this organization was authorized to take money from my account. I assume I was looking for scholarships for college. I never agreed to 34.95 being deducted from my account. It is absolutely fraudulent and nonsensical. I have been trying to call their number to stop payment 866-975-8363. It keeps you on hold and provides you with support help at granthelp.com which then provides a number 1(800)364-1120. Which is just a recording. I am so angry. I will have to cancel my debit card in order to stop the scam.

Your company called saying that they were the department of federal treasury department. That I had applied for a grant and they wanted to know if I had $6 in $0.97 and is checking account so that they could use that to transfer $7,000 into my account I asked the lady for her name phone number or employee ID number they took the money out within 2 minutes when I was on the phone with her and they never no money was deposited into my account so there's a big scam going around people are saying that the department of Treasury is funding people with grant money directly into their checkings account so they want their the account number on the card of course expiration in the three digit $6.97 is all that was taken out but still
