The business promotes advertises itself themselves as an American American company based in Los Angeles, CA, which sells American patriotic clothing made by American veterans. This was the primary reason why I ordered my product from them instead of from amazon.com.

My order was shipped from Italy and hasn't arrived yet. The company's customer service refused to respond to answer my question about the reasons why a supposedly allegedly American-made product was shipped from Italy. They also refused to cancel the order and issue me a refund because of the misleading advertising.
