Originally the link to the website was on Pinterest, advertised as urban outfitters clearance store/sale. The website looked like a discounted clothing store. The ordering process seemed normal. They did not take American Express which is my typical cc I use, so I tried my bank debit card and that went through.

They used track678, which I realize now is a scam from your website.

I followed the tracking and when it said it had been delivered but no product received, I reached out to them again. They responded quickly and apologized and asked to send it again. I hesitantly agreed and then the same process repeated. After, two weeks the tracking system said it had been delivered but it hadn’t.
