Ordered item and paid for it on 11/14/25. I contacted them multiple times and they just blamed the shipper. I also purchased Shipping insurance just in case. All I got was that it was in the shipping process. Didn't get a refund, just kept on saying they were "sorry", but it was all in the shipper's hands. On Jan 8th, they said they were resending the order, and yet, could not provide a new tracking number.
