This number has left massages to me and my brother and my aunt saying im under investigation and im going to be prosecuted due to a cash loan i never took out in they gave me my old adress from many years ago and they had the last digit of my social. I called my legal attorney and they said its a unknown number and its not a collection agency . They dony stop calling and harrasing my family asking if they dont pay they will see me in jail!! Please stop this scammers .

"The nature of this call is regarding an enforcement action which has been executed by the US Treasury Dept regarding tax fraud against your name ignoring this will be an intentional attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal crime offense so before this matter goes to Federal Claims court house or before you get arrested. So call us back our number is 502-221-7909. Hope to hear from you soon before the charges are pressed before you."

I had to call the following number 1-613-416-9170. So my first reaction was to check the phone # and nothing showed up therefore I had to post this phone conversation.

Got a recorded phone call threatening to serve papers and to contact employer. Wife is retired so we know this is some sort of scam. We did not answer the call so we do not know what the serving is all about. We have gotten this call about three times to date. The call comes from a 1-877-777-7777 phone number. We checked the scammer did not attempt to take money but we do not know if that was their intention because we did not answer the call!

good morning - I constantly get phone calls on my cell phone from an unknown unwanted caller. I've blocked each phone number with my cell phone provider but yet continue to receive calls. The caller phone numbers are from the same area code and the next 3 digits are the same as my cell phone number with the 4 last digits being different each time. The first time I received the call, I answered and lead me to believe there was a live person on the other end. It was a recording congratulating me on some type of vacation that I won. When I see the similar numbers calling repeatedly again, I don't answer. This is a constant invasion, the calls I get are during my working hours for my employer and the US government needs to take aggressive action and shut down the culprit/s.

Today, Aug 23, 2017 at 4:51 pm PT, I received a call from (408)7406422 on my cellphone. The call lasted 12 seconds. The said my name and asked me to confirm if I was that person. When I said "Yes", he hung up.

I dialed that number back but was placed on hold. It was then I realized it was one of those "Yes" Scam calls. I do not recognize the number.

I received a phone call which my smart phone listed as being from Utah. When I answered, the person had a very pronounced India accent. When I told them their accent was too thick and I couldn't understand it, they paused and then continued to talk. I hung up. I received another phone call from the same number soon there after. This was also an India accented voice but was understandable. They said they were with computer maintenance. At that point, I said I wasn't interested and hung up. I'm sure they would have asked for a credit card but I didn't give them the chance.

I informed my customer that this was not from us because their account was up to date on our end. Chambers sends Invoices with our contact information, logo in an invoice format not like they sent our customer. Also I do not begin my invoices with Good Day...Our invoices like I said are more formatted...I did not click on the link because I was suspicious and did not want to catch a virus if that was the case. I informed the customer of the matter and we both ran a virus scan to check our computer.
