The caller female ( lady with Asian accent / pronunciation) stated" Mrs.--- my name - , your topical analgesic was approved by your insurance company" I have stopped her ( lady with Asian accent / pronunciation) and informed her , that number will be reported.

I am in the health industry. I have not ordered any medications , i am not using any medication .

The scammer/ caller, had my name and was trying to obtained more of personal information

Answered the phone and when asked if I was Mrs ...., I said yes and they hung up. I should have realized it but caught me at a very bad time in my life/day. so frustrated with walking to the phone only to have unknown people calling. If it wasn't for a pacemaker needing a landline, we would not have one.

They told me I was chosen for a $9,200 government grant. Told me to go to a store and buy $200 in Google Play gift cards and read them the numbers on the back in order to activate the grant. Then told me the amount went up to $10,500 and all I would need to do would be to purchase $400 more in either google play or iTunes to pay for a few, cannot think of the exact words he used. Then another $800 to increase my credit score so the, I am having a hard time remembering what he said about who he was apparently emailing. This whole time telling me that this grant is being raised and how lucky I am. The “grant” got up to 12,000$ and then finally he told me that he received an email saying that I was receiving a $40,000 grant, only 20 out of 3000 and only 3 people in Minnesota were lucky enough to get it. Then told me all he need me to do was get 2,000$ more to get the insurance so they could deposit into my account and send me a check without people thinking I did something illegal.

I have received threatening calls to my cell number with Robo recordings stating-- there are "at least 4 serious allegations against" my name and to call their number within 24 hours to "avoid legal action" against me...or that I can be "taken into custody." I have blocked the number.

Woman calling. Very rude and threatening to prosecute, garnish wages if debt is not paid. Calls from a restricted number but leaves 346-299-2016 as a call back number. Tracked the phone number to Houston, TX.

I've gotten calls from this number multiple times. They start with an automated message about 'my credit card account.' I asked two or three times to remove me and they immediately hang up on me. Today, they harassed me.

I kindly asked for them to remove me and mid-sentence, the guy said "[censored] OFF!" and I politely said "I'm sorry?" And he said "[censored] OFF!" and then he hung up.

Told me call was being recorded and that I owed $**k on property. Had a foreign accent. Told him to never call my number again. I tried to call back, but was unable to return call, so know it’s phone.

I received a bad phone recording about the IRS, but the number to call was clear. They claimed I hadn't filed my taxes properly for the last five years, and owed $7250 plus fees. I needed to make arraignments for a tax payment voucher or a warrant would be issued for my arrest and spend five years in prison. The man's name was Steve GS773910, they knew my age and of course the phone number. The background noise sounded like a call center and their accents sounded like they were from India.

I did not answer this call, and an automated message was left on my answering machine. The message said that the IRS has issued a warrant for my arrest and that I needed to call this number (832-734-9933) immediately. There was static on the message so I could not tell whether the message included a company name. I am very concerned about what will happen if unsuspecting people pick up the phone when these people call. I assume if I had picked up the phone, I would have been asked for personal information and/or money.

I can only assume this is supposed to be a debt collection. It is a garbled message with number 57648961 (partial return phone number?) and a file number of 655528 relayed in message. The internet warns us not to call back. If I answer yes to any communication it could be used to show that I complied/agreed with something they said, even if there was no real conversation. Original phone number was 720-580-8801 (Keenesburg, Co?).I do not call numbers I do not recognize, and the fact that information left on VM was unintelligible and incomplete makes this scary. Harassment call.Within 15 minutes I received a second call from another number 303-479-7595. No message, but most likely the same source.

Getting a call from 210 837 8608 stating that there is nothing wrong with my credit but that I , then I hang up, its happened several times, ran the number on line comes back to Jimena's Decorations 2340 Culebra Rd

San Antonio, Texas 78228, just seems like it may be a scam using that number, please check it out if you can, thanks

I placed a Craigslist ad for selling my van, this guy called and asked if my van was still available, I said yes and he hung up. Then texted me.

Him: Hi! Sorry i lost service, is your car listed on CL still available?

Me: Yes

Him: It looks great but i have a few question

HIM: Whats the price for your 2001 ford ?

ME: Ok, go ahead, its prob all in the post. The price is there - 850 OBO,

HIM: One more thing, do you mind if i see a copy of your cars history report? You can get it from getyourvinchecked.com -if so, send it to me at [email protected] if you can!

Me: Not sure what that is.

HIM: once i see a clean report from vinncheckednow.com maybe we can setup a time for a test drive

HIM: hmu after you've got the report and we can make a time to meet up

ME: I don't know how to do that.

HIM: awesome look forward to seeing the report ;) ive been thinking about getting a 2001 ford for a little bit now.

ME: Its a low priced car due to age, I am not running any checks on it, I won't pay to do that. If you want to test it, let me know.

HIM: I will check my email throughout the today! Thank you!!

ME: Did you read my message? I am not paying to do any vehicle check on it.

HIM: if you just get me the report to show you are serious ill drive out to you and i plan on buying in cash

ME: I am selling it, that is showing I'm serious. NO REPORT, if you are serious about interest in buying it or looking at it - you can come see it!

HIM: yes i am serious, ive had my eye on a few 2001 ford and i really like yours!

ME:That site sounds like a scam, I won't be entering my vin # anywhere, it us not wise or recommended... feel free to contact me if YOU really want to see it, and not part of a scam.

No response to me after that.

Will not stop calling multiple times a day. All times a day. Leaves voicemail even with blocked number. I did not ask for health insurance and they insist I asked them to call. Not true. On do not call list. Reported the violation. Will not stop.

I was contacted by the unknown calling scam system through the number above. 712-223-9445 (a Sioux City number). They were threatening me and saying if I didn't pay off my credit card then they would fine me and come to my residence. I know its a scam because I called back multiple times and it said caller busy every time. I also don't have a credit card.

I kept getting a call from Buffalo NY asking me to call this number back because I am wanted by the local authorities. Knowing this was a scam I called the number back and asked him why he keeps calling this number. When I proceeded to tell him not to call back he told me to "[censored] off, you bitch"...real nice!

There is a scam in which callers are able to spoof your personal phone number to call and solicit others. This has caused a great deal of confusion and accusations made. This has happened to me twice this week.

Been receiving multiple notices that Student Loan Assistance Department is trying to reach me about my Parent/Student Loan. Telling me to "IMMEDIATELY" call 802-618-0024 and reference benefit ID 491-240-1160. The letter does not have an address or company name on it and it looks very official.

I called 802-618-0024 and a woman answered by just saying “hello”. No company name, no identification, no “good afternoon how can I help you”.
