This company charged my card on 2 seperare occasion for 2 different charges. I called their customer service to let them know, and was immediately met with hostility from the lady on the phone, who never provided a name. She answered the phone call asking what date my charges were for and to verify info. Didnt ask the reason I was calling or anything which is red flag number 2. Proceeded to tell me, I must've made the purchases because they wouldnt have my info otherwise, as if fraud doesnt exist. She was really nasty. I was told a refund would be processed, but havent seen it yet. This company is new and clearly a fraud/scam.

In February 2024 there was an initial charge of $1.00. Three days later $28.95 which has been charged against me monthly through July before i noticed. I receive no services from them. When i called the 888 number, they answered by saying "hello, would you like to cancel your account ". This is a scheme, even if buried in some extremely small fine print. So small its not noticed.

THERE ARE SEVERAL CHARGES THAT ARE FRAUDULENT, AND UNRECOGNIZED. ONCE EACH NUMBER IS CALLED AN AUTOMATIC RECORDING SAYS TO TRANSFER TO BILLING BUT ENDS THE CALL. I THEN RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT MY SUBSCRIPTION WAS CANCELED FOR A PURCHASE I DID NOT MAKE.

THE OTHER NAME OF THIS MERCHANT IS GLOBAL INGORMATICS LLC. THE SAME AUTOMATIC TEXT MESSAGE FOR EACH PHONE NUMBER LISTED NEXT TO THIS MERCHANT.
