This website advertised a product on Facebook. I clicked on the ad and purchased the product through their website. They provided a USPS tracking number. However, the tracking stated that the product arrived a different address than my own, in a different state. When I emailed their support address ([email protected]), they said a glitch in their system led to the wrong tracking information being sent and that they would provide the correct tracking info when available. However, they never provided new tracking info and when I checked in later they said the item was delayed in customs. I followed up a few weeks after that and received no response.
