This company is FRAUDULENT. I have FIVE packages from FIVE different companies that they have been holding for over a week. I have called every day, multiple times a day, for over a week and been assured they would be delivered that day. I've asked for a legal department contact and they claim they don't have one. How are you a corporation without a legal department? Just goes to show they are a scam. I've asked for a phone number for the supposed "hub" where my packages are and they can't give me one. I've asked for an address where I can just pick my packages up directly and they can't give me one. How are these [censored] still in business?

Seven food deliveries missed in five months. So basically one to two things missed every month. Oh, and don't forget the fact that the packages are left out in the middle of the freaking sun to roast, or the fact that they use an unmarked van to deliver my products-really doesn't make me nervous when an unmarked van hits my curb and someone chucks a box at my front door, banging on the glass door.

After all of this I had changed my meal delivery dates so they wouldn't deliver anymore, but they somehow weaseled back in, and today they delivered my food order. It's on time, sure, but guess what?

The box that contains my food reeks of gasoline. The contents inside reek of gasoline. the entire freaking package reeks of gasoline. I called to complain, and they made no effort beyond "logging it for the contractor." That's great, how do I get these people shut down? This is basically criminal what they have done. I am going to be filing reports to everyone I can. They are delivering what is essentially poisoned food to me that I cannot eat, and the manufacturer has to eat the cost for their lack of quality!

I purchased a winter jacket from Gap and when I got my tracking info online, I was wondering what kind of company that is because I have never heard of UDS before (United Delivery Service). However, the day of the delivery, I was home the whole day with my 2 kids. I waited till 4:30 and I realized something is wrong. I went online to check the status and it showed that my package was delivered. I called their customer service and told her that the package never was delivered. She asked my name and tracking number and the first thing she said was I have a pic to prove you got the package and she emailed me a pic with the package in front of our door right away. The question is why the person never knocked my door to let me know when the package was arrived? Also, I have never heard anything like shipping companies take pics to prove they deliver the packages. I have never had any single package missing with UPS, USPS or Fedex even when I was out. They always delivery them to the apartment office if no one answer the door. It sounded really fishy to me. The lady on the phone was so rude. She wasnt trying to help and all she said was to contact the company who I order my stuff from and get a refund on it. Such a horrible company and I will definitely call Gap and tell them not to use this shipper from their own good. I check the reviews of the shipping company and basically everybody is saying her/his packages were missing with this company so Im sure this company is doing something illegal.
