A female calls from (Unite Locations) 1-469-828-9165 Identifies herself as a medeator for class action civil suits and tells me I am going to be served papers in the next 48 hours, I ask her what is the lawsuit about she gives me a name and number to call with a case #. Name Jeff Ricter 1-877-801-5709 case number 201-516-028. The person that answers (Jeff???) announces that I am in a civil lawsuit and need to give him my SS#, I said no way and he got very defensive and yelled at me and said listen lady I have your SS# and just need you to verify to me. I said no again he again with attitude said I will list some numbers you just tell me if any are correct. I said there are only 10 number and if you said them all i still wouldn't tell you, he got very aggitated and asked if I was born in 1953 and I responded with oh no I'm in my 80's (not) He then asked if I live in the Cleveland and or Tenn area and I said no and hung up.
