The add showed up on Facebook. We purchased it for our friend’s cats. We received an email that there was an attempt at delivery. Our apartment complex was completely open at the time. And we were there. We did not receive it. I have emailed them asking for refunds at least ten times.

They only sent one email response which contact the carrier. Which is a Chinese company. YWE
