Said i needed to pay the amount to receive UCC cashed check and never received the UCC was told a refund would be sent out and never received refund person knew my bank info ss # and address

I was told i had to pay this 98.00 for a UCC when i tried to call and get the money back i was told 4 weeks i would be refunded its been four months now and i still have yet to receive the money back i call daily and get a complete run around
