The real issue was after 4 weeks of the initial rental I received a notification that U-Save had attempted to charge my credit card (for the same amount as the original transaction). I had just changed my credit card (after the trip but before the second charge), so the charge was blocked, but had this not happened then I would have been charged a second time.
Went to review on Yelp and found that others had also experienced the secondary *unapproved* charge weeks after their initial rentals. SCAMMERS! This is an unacceptable means of doing business and completely unethical! This business should be fined or at least investigated so they are aware of that they cannot get away with doing such to customers.
