I've received several calls about selling a property I don't own, ever since I got a new phone number. Constantly asking me if I want to sell the property, hounding me for questions about the property, and even going as far as accepting an insane offer and wanting to do paperwork. This is the first time they've texted me, so I was able to game them a bit. They claim to be Two Rivers Properties, similar to Two Rivers Investment Properties, out of Davenport. They sent me a link to their website, tworiverspropeties . com, properties spelled wrong. The whole thing looks like it's trying to convince you that they're not a scam and totally legit. They have 1 social media link: a Facebook link, which has conflicting information than what's listed on their website. The same text information is plastered multiple times over the website along with a ScamPulse.com Accredited Business image (no link, just an image). They keep calling me, and now texting, after I tell them 'wrong number' and 'don't contact me again'. They're not a legitimate business; it's all a fabrication.
