Targeted ad on Instagram. Ordered a toddler carrier to wear toddler on hip. Received a very cheap nylon "sling" that was nothing like the pictures or ad videos. The website under this product contained 3,200 "positive reviews" when I try to leave my review, there is no place or option for me to do so. They advertise a 30- day money back guarantee and the only way to request the return is to email them, however when sending to the email provided, the email bounces back because the email address is "not found." The email address that originally sent my order confirmation when trying to reply to see if I can get ahold of someone had a message saying "the email address you're replying to does not match the original email address from Lopine"
