I called to book a ticket through Google Flights. After I chose my flight, which was a very good price, somehow, I was directed to this vendor for payment. I hit submit. Shortly, thereafter, I got a call saying that one of my flights was no longer available and they were calling to alert me and offer me an alternative flight. What they offered, did not work at all. I asked them to please cancel the transaction. They called back 4 more times today with different flight options. Then they went on to say that the flight was not cancellable and I didn't read the fine print. There was no fine print to read. It was a complete scam. So, far, my credit card has not been charged. I am watching it hourly.

Travelo1 claims to offer cheap flight tickets for domestic and international destination just like their competitors such as Priceline, Kayak, Cheap to name a few. Once you have found your ticket at the very lowest, you proceed to checkout providing the website all your credentials name, phone, address, credit card, and now you are given a Travel Booking number and the statement that reads "Tickets will be issued in 24hrs" upon completely checking out. After a few hours you will receive several emails saying "Oh no, your booking is pending, we were unable to process your booking, this could have happened for many reasons". At that point you are at the hands of allegedly (the voice and names do not match) "Zack Cartman", "James" or the supervisor "Mark Martin", they will claim the original booking "has restrictions" leaving you to believe you have no other options but to pay for a higher price ticket, ex. original ticket $444 and after they speak with you the same ticket is now $739 not including the cost of any checked luggage, carryon or personal item to be taken. As such, they will tell you they cannot refund and only issue you an airline credit when there is NO WHERE ON THAT SITE that states any of the sort. They desperately state "We tried everything" ******
